B12 & glutathione — the ingredient and listed dose

The biology, up close

Two ingredients, two jobs.

“Longevity” gets used to sell almost anything. These two ingredients have specific, well-understood roles — one for energy and nerves, one for antioxidant defense.

Energy and nerves

B12 is the active-form vitamin your body needs to make red blood cells, run methylation, and keep your nerves insulated. Run low and you feel it as fatigue, brain fog, and tingling — a deficit worth correcting rather than caffeinating over.

Antioxidant defense

Glutathione is your cells' master antioxidant — it neutralizes the oxidative stress that builds up with age, stress, and hard training. Supporting it is about upkeep at the cellular level, not a glow-up gimmick.

Backed by the literature, not big claims

What's actually known.

Master

Glutathione is the cell's master antioxidant

It's the most abundant antioxidant your cells make, central to neutralizing oxidative stress and recycling other antioxidants. Levels tend to fall with age and illness.

Active

Methylcobalamin is the active form of B12

It's the coenzyme form your body uses directly for methylation and nerve maintenance — no conversion step required, unlike cyanocobalamin.

Corrected

B12 deficiency is common — and reversible

Low B12 shows up as fatigue, brain fog, and tingling, and it's more common with age, plant-based diets, and some medications. Correcting the deficit resolves the symptoms it caused.

B12 & glutathione FAQs

Contact support →
What's the difference between B12 and glutathione?

They do different jobs. Methylcobalamin B12 is the active form of vitamin B12 — your body uses it to make red blood cells, run methylation, and maintain nerves, so correcting a deficiency lifts fatigue and brain fog. Glutathione is your cells' master antioxidant, central to neutralizing the oxidative stress that builds up with age and stress. Some people take one, some take both.

Is this an anti-aging treatment?

No, and we won't sell it as one. Longevity peptides and antioxidants attract big claims; we'd rather say what's actually known. B12 corrects a real, measurable deficiency. Glutathione supports your antioxidant system. Both list the dispensed formulation and prescribed dose — not a promise to turn back the clock.

Why methylcobalamin instead of regular B12?

Methylcobalamin is the active, ready-to-use form of B12. Cyanocobalamin — the cheaper form in most shelf supplements — has to be converted by your body first. Starting with the active form skips that step.

When will I notice a change?

If you're correcting a B12 deficiency, energy and mental clarity can lift within a few weeks. Glutathione's antioxidant support is more of a steady, behind-the-scenes upkeep than a felt jolt. Individual response varies.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Both are prescription-only through Rebody. After your online visit, a licensed provider reviews your health profile and decides whether they're a good fit. If approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed US compounding pharmacy and shipped to you.

How do I take them?

Both are typically small subcutaneous injections, usually weekly, taken at home. Full directions and message-based support come with your protocol, and your care team helps you set the timing.
